Join our Service Team as a Digital Success Manager and become the go-to expert for some of Europe's biggest festivals. Whether you're guiding ticketeers/marketeers through shop setups, keeping projects on schedule, or onboarding festivals onto new features, you are ready to take on the challenge. You will work closely with the teams behind festivals like Awakenings, Defqon.1 and Wacken, ensuring success during high-volume on-sale moments.

Responsibilities
  • You onboard ticketeers onto new features of the in-house shop

  • You act as the first point of contact for ticketeers and marketeers of festival organisers such as The Gardens of Babylon, Art of Dance and Øyafestivalen

  • You protect planning of asset delivery, sales set up and testing

  • You guide ticketeers through sales set up

  • You assist ticketeers with complicated sales set up

  • You monitor and steer sales during on-sale moments

  • You pursue commercial opportunities

  • You deliver day-to-day support of ticketeers for sales related topics, together with Customer Support

Who are you?
  • You have 2+ years of relevant experience

  • You have a commercial mindset

  • You like being of service for ticketeers and marketeers

  • You are structured, organised and able to handle fluctuating workloads

  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in Dutch and English and live in the Netherlands

  • You have a strong affinity with festivals, music and live events

  • You are a team player who can also work independently

  • You are proactive, customer-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Superstruct Entertainment is a live entertainment group, with 60+ festivals, events and live tours throughout Europe and Australia. The Digital service team is responsible for the succesful rollout of Bleep, the in-house ticketing system, across all events that are part of Superstruct. Our team is growing and ambitious. We are building a digital ecosystem tailored to the dynamic world of live entertainment. The platform includes ticketing, fan profiles, marketing automation and business intelligence.
